Eligibility: Due to the custom nature of 3D miniatures, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please inspect your items upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-painted miniatures, personalized orders, and digital files are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect.

Reporting a Defect: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.
Resolution: Upon verification of the defect or damage, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact our customer service team at Info@pocketgoblin.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Shipping Instructions: If a return is authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or replacement. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. It may take several days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error, or is missing parts.

Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow the return process if your item qualifies.
